Modern Comfort Near Miami Beach

The rooms have everything what you need for short term vacation. (Fan, microwave, teapot, coffee machine etc) Quiet and cozy area with free parking. Super close public beach with amazing park and walking areas. About 10 minutes walking distance to street with restaurants and markets.

This hotel turned out to be excellent for a cozy getaway. It's small but very cozy, located a 2-minute walk from the ocean. Our room was very cozy, clean, and pleasantly scented. We'd especially like to mention the bed—very clean, soft, and very comfortable to sleep in. We'd also like to commend the hotel receptionist, Marelyn ❤️ She was very friendly, responded to messages quickly, helped us with everything, and was always concerned about our comfort. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Loved staying at the Donovan. They are very accommodating. The rooms were recently renovated and clean. (The pictures of the rooms are accurate!) Great communication before and during my stay, despite the fact that they do not have 24hr front desk. Also, loved that it’s close to the beach! Will definitely recommend this place!

Excellent customer service, flexible and accommodating!! Great environment, and great location for the price. Sandra helped making arrangements an easy process and always had a smile when helping which is reassuring to a customer! Lilly and the rest of the cleaning staff was friendly and maintains the grounds to a stellar level making the guests feel right at home…

Sandra was helpful and friendly. She gave me suggestions of local places to eat. She even offered to hold my luggage until check in. The room was clean and tidy. I stayed in the full kitchen and two double beds. Super close to the beach and restaurants are about 10 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood.
